Located in the beautiful Big Springs neighborhood of Northstar, this residence is conveniently located for quick and easy access to skiing and the vibrant Village at Northstar. The main living level features a beautiful open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and massive fireplace in the great room, large dining area, wet bar with seating, and a spacious kitchen. Off of the great room is a tranquil deck, which offers beautiful views of the serene open space. Also on the main level is a huge master suite as well as another king guest bedroom with bathroom. The lower level bonus room features a fireplace, pool table, and living area with comfortable sofa and huge, brand new flat screen TV. The lower level has three guest bedrooms - a fun bunk room with in suite bathroom and two queen bedrooms which share a bathroom. Step out from the lower level family room onto a stone patio with a private hot tub to enjoy during your stay. Throughout the residence are massive windows from which to take in the peaceful mountain setting. A tranquil back deck offers beautiful views of the serene open space. This bright and cheery Northstar residence is perfect for entertaining friends and family or retreating after an exhilarating Tahoe adventure.
With access to the NPOA Rec Center guests may enjoy use of this facility which includes two year-round pools, a hot tub, a large fitness facility, locker rooms, a game room for the kids and lounge area for the adults. Outside you will have access to Bocce, tennis and basket ball courts (open seasonally). Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.

- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- The driveway to this residence has a significant slope. 4WD/AWD or chains are required for the driveway in the winter months.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 is 5pm.

This house was as advertised. Very spacious with a fabulous floor plan for shared living space. We had 11 people at the house and it was totally comfortable. Upstairs/downstairs living areas made it extremely comfortable. Outdoor upper deck is very relaxing. Only improvement would be additional garbage and recycling containers in garage. One small can of each not adequate for larger parties. Other than that definitely property exceeded expectations!!

Our family loved Eagle Feather. The living space was roomy, and the 5 bedrooms were ample. We loved the main floor deck and the ground floor hot tub. Also, really helpful for the children was the pool table and large TV. Only issue I had is with the back yard. The impression I got from the photos was that the yard was more grass than simply drought resistant plants with an exposed drip system. This did not allow the young children to run around outside. Other than that, this was a perfect vacation home for a large family.

Our family stayed in this home for our ninth annual Tahoe ski weekend. Each year we have rented a different very nice home near different Tahoe ski resorts. This home was in our top 3 favorites. It's a very nice home and accurately depicted on VRBO. Our booking and rental experiences were great. We would recommend this place.

Close to Village & lifts via shuttle (though took 20min to come sometimes). Great snow for kids to play in in backyard. Everything worked. Recent snow had been removed great. Quiet at night. Could use a stool for younger kids. Bunk room was nice for multi-kid sleeping. Great natural light in main great room.

We were very pleased with the Eagle Feather residence. It is a beautiful home with a lot of wonderful amenities. We had plenty of appliances, glassware and supplies for the kitchen. We appreciated that there was foil, saran wrap, and even baggies provided. Not sure if those were left from the previous renter but it's a bonus to provide those in the house. Only thing that would have made it better were spices for cooking and a table to sit at for outside dining. There was an outside table turned on it's side with no top to eat at. The welcome binder mentioned a fire pit but we did not see one. We did use the hot tub one time and that was another bonus feature as well. We were very comfortable there and love the Big Springs location. Air conditioned worked great. There was no access to the ceiling fans but we were ok without them. The only problem we came across was our first night the home alarm was going on. Once I declared there was an emergency Lauren from Tahoe Vacation Rentals called promptly. Luckily we were able to quiet the alarm for the evening until maintenance came in the morning to disarm it. Other than that incident, it was a wonderful vacation experience. We will highly recommend this property management and hope to return to the residence again.
This house is everything as it's listed. We're a group of ten audits who spent the 4th of July weekend there. The house was spacious for all of us. There was plenty of kithenware and tableware for our cooking. It's clean and well-thoughout house. Nice job!
